Returns & Exchanges
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week (7 days) of the date you receive the order. In the rare event that you received an incorrect or faulty order, we’ll make it right with an exchange or refund.
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and photos of wrong/damaged items within one week of receiving them, and we’ll sort that out for you as quickly as possible.
Because our products are made for you after you place your order, they’re considered custom. For this reason, at this time we do not offer exchanges. For apparel, please review our detailed size chart(s) before you buy!
We offer free shipping to orders for the continental U.S. If you’re located outside of the United States, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can give you an accurate shipping estimate.
Zappy Dots products are made in small batches at the time of order — we do not keep inventory on-hand. This allows us to be extremely creative, customized, and efficient with what we produce, and it also means our customers get incredibly unique products! However, due to this creation process, our orders can take up to one week (7 days) to produce before shipping. Please note: Minky Hoodies and other apparel take between one and three weeks to make by hand, before they ship. We highly recommend placing orders for holidays and date-specific events up to one month in advance.
